Question 1:
Do you offer a ticket guarantee?

Answer:

Question 3:
When will my tickets arrive?

Answer:
Tickets are typically shipped within 1 business day of the order (unless otherwise noted). There are a few options for delivery through FedEx including next day and overnight. If you select e-tickets or ticket-fast tickets, the tickets will be emailed to you quickly so you can print your tickets at home or from any computer with a printer.

 

Question 4:
Do you sell tickets above face value? Why?

Answer:
Yes. The tickets for sale on our website are owned by third party brokers who set their own prices for tickets. Tickets are priced on several factors including price to obtain the tickets, market demand for tickets and prices of similar tickets. In some instances, tickets are sold below face value as well.

 

Question 5:
What types of payment do you accept?

Answer:
All major credit cards are accepted for payment (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, etc). If you would like to speak with customer service about payment options, please call 1-866-226-6811 and tell them you are calling about Front Row King.

 

Question 6:
Can I cancel my order, exchange my tickets or sell them back?

Answer:
Once an order is placed, the order is final. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a 100% refund for the price of the tickets. Your confirmation email will have the contact information for the office that shipped the tickets should you need to discuss this with the issuing office.

 

Question 7:
What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

Answer:
If the event is canceled, you will receive a 100% refund for your tickets (less shipping and handling). If the event is rescheduled (or postponed), the tickets you have will act as tickets to the rescheduled event, even if the date and time is different on the actual tickets.

 

Question 8:
I have placed my order a long time ago (more than 2 weeks ago) and I have not yet gotten my tickets. Why?

Answer:
In some cases, the box office for the venue has not issued, released or printed the tickets for the event yet. This is usually noted with the tickets when placing the order. Your tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event. For any questions regarding this, please contact us.

 

Question 9:
How do you have so many tickets? / How do you get all these tickets?

Answer:
Our tickets are provided by a network of brokers. Each broker can supply tickets for any event and they get their tickets from several means (ie: purchased from box offices, fans that don't need their tickets and so on). Because we network with so many ticket brokers, we can offer the largest selection of tickets online!

 

Question 10:
Will my seats be together?

Answer:
Yes. When you purchase a group of tickets, they are always seated together unless otherwise noted. In rare cases, tickets will be listed as piggyback which means that the tickets are split into 2 rows but directly behind / in front of each other.

Why should I order my tickets with Front Row King instead of any other ticket company?

Answer:

Question 12:
Is it legal to sell tickets above face value? What is the difference between a broker and a scalper?

Answer:
Yes, it is legal to sell tickets for more than face value. This is not ticket scalping! A broker is a licensed business that can provide customer service, a ticket guarantee, policies and more. A scalper cannot provide any of that! Front Row King is a trusted broker and we do not encourage ticket scalping. Question 13:
When will my tickets ship and how soon will they arrive?

Answer:
Your tickets may be shipped as quickly as the order has been received and your payment has been verified. We can’t guarantee that your tickets ship out immediately but we can guarantee they will be there in time before your event. Each delivery process is different for events, tickets and sellers. If you have any questions about your tickets and the delivery status of an order please feel free to contact customer service.

 

Question 14:
Will ticket prices change as the event gets closer?

Answer:
Ticket prices are for events are determined by the sellers and updated regularly. We have no way of knowing if ticket prices to specific events will change in the future. However we do recommend purchasing tickets early to popular events to avoid tickets selling out.

 

Question 15:
The event is soon (within 3 days) and I need a ticket. What can I do?

Answer:
Even if your event is on the same day you are purchasing tickets, no worries! For your convenience Front Row King offers options for fans like local pickup will call or email (e-tickets). If you choose local pickup or “Last Minute Pick Up” you can pick your tickets up at specific location at or near the venue on the day of the event. Will call is typically a pick up window, booth or office at the venue where your tickets are available for you to pick up about 1 hour before the event kicks off. Some events allow you to choose e-tickets which means your tickets will be emailed to you and you can print them out at home on a regular printer and paper at your convenience.

 

Question 16:
Why aren't seat numbers listed along with the section and row on your site?

Answer:
There are many reasons why our sellers choose not to disclose the seat numbers on Front Row King. Probably the most important reason is to prevent double booking seats. Some of these seats could be season ticket holders so sellers like to protect the privacy of those selling tickets to their seats. If we sold tickets with specific numbered seats it could result in customers purchasing the exact same seats as someone else at the same time. Just for an example, if we had tickets available for seats 1-3 in Row A, two different customers could buy seats 2 and 3. Without putting numbers on the tickets we can ensure this conflict can be avoided. Another reason is for customer confidentiality and privacy.

Question 18:
Will a signature be required for delivery?

Answer:
Most likely, yes. We recommend that the shippers require a signature when delivering tickets. This ensures your tickets are received rather than left someplace where they can be stolen. If you need to make other arrangements please contact your seller directly after your order has been processed.

 

Question 19:
What is Zone Seating?

Answer:
Zone seating is a trend from Europe that has recently been seen in the secondary ticket market. What happens is the venues are blocked into chunks according to a visual model. These chunks or blocks are typically called zones. The venues can label the zones as A, B, C, or label them in specific colors. When customers are choosing where they want to site they have the options of several different zones with a variety of different pricing options (zones closer to the action typically are more expensive). Sometimes sellers will specify a seating location in more detail in the ticket notes so please be on the lookout for that.

 

Question 20:
What is Obstructed View or Limited View Seating?

Answer:
If the ticket listing describes the seats as a “obstructed view”, “limited view”, “OBV” or “restricted view’ that means that the seats have some sort of obstruction in the way of the view. Typically in the notes there will be a descriptive detail of what that means.

 

Question 21:
What is an E-Ticket?

Answer:
E-tickets or electronic tickets are now a popular option when purchasing event tickets. They are completely valid and 100% legit. The tickets are emailed to you which you can print out using a regular printer and regular paper. The e-tickets come with a bar code that is used for valid entry into any event. You can also purchase tickets on the same day as the event and just print your tickets out before you leave.

 

Question 22:
What happens if the event is postponed?

Answer:
If your event is postponed and rescheduled the original ticket you purchased will still be valid for the new date. We do not refund tickets for events that have been postponed or rescheduled.

 

Question 23:
Do children under a certain age need tickets?

Answer:
Front Row King recommend customers contact the venue or box office directly for policies regarding children needing tickets. Each venue and event may have different guidelines concerning ticket requirements.

 

Question 24:
Is my transaction safe?

Answer:
Yes, your transaction is safe and secure when you purchase tickets from Front Row King. Our website is tested on a daily basis and is PCI Compliant. All transactions are protected by the latest fraud protection technology that has been installed in our system. We want all customers to be confident when shopping on Front Row King that their entire transactions are secure and protected.

 

Question 25:
What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Answer:
Unfortunately the tickets are an irreplaceable item and Front Row King is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The reason the tickets cannot be replaced is to prevent ticket fraud. Customers could try to contact the seller to see if the tickets could be reprinted or reissued, but typically no tickets will be replaced under any circumstances, we are not held liable if the sellers are unable to reissue tickets. If you purchased an e-ticket or email option you can just reprint the ticket from the original email. However, you can contact our customer support for additional options.
